EUROPE DAY

Dear Parents,                          

Sunday, May 9^th, is Europe Day. To mark this occasion in school on Friday, May 7^th, in the nursery and primary school we are planning special activities with the children.

Dance

On the morning of Friday, May 9^th, at about 9.10 in the playground all nursery and primary pupils will participate in a dance. You are welcome to wait in the playground after dropping off your children to see this.                                                                                             

Flowers

During the morning our pupils will visit local institutions, the village and some private homes to offer flowers to mark Europe day.  

Treats

At the end of the morning we would like to offer children a selection of small treats to enjoy in their classes. We are very grateful to the Parents Association who sponsor the flowers and the treats.

 Bevrijdingsdag

Tomorrow, Wednesday is 5th of May, Liberation Day. Once every 5 years this is a National Holiday. There is no school for your children tomorrow.
